Responsibilities
- Designing for Social Media, websites, banners, brochures, etc.,
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience of minimum 2 years
- Good communication skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Experience with design software and technologies such as AI, CDR, Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like designing & SEM teams to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager of minimum 2 years
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
