Graphic Designer

Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital marketing materials, social media content, print collateral, website graphics, product packaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create visually compelling designs, illustrations, and layouts for various projects, such as websites, social media graphics, logos, brochures, posters, packaging and advertisements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand design objectives, target audience, and project requirements. Incorporate feedback and suggestions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Creative Conceptualization: Generate innovative design concepts, exploring various styles, color schemes, typography, and visual elements to communicate ideas and messages effectively.
  • Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain consistent branding elements across different platforms, ensuring that designs align with the brand & visual identity guidelines and convey its core values.
  • Layout and Composition: Arrange text, images, and other design elements in a visually pleasing and balanced manner, considering hierarchy, readability, and user experience.
  • Image Editing and Retouching: Manipulate and enhance digital images using tools like Adobe Photoshop to optimize their quality, correct imperfections, and create visual impact.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel draw), to create and edit designs efficiently.
  • Print Production: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct color profiles, resolutions, and file formats for different printing techniques. Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
  • Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and techniques. Continuously develop skills and experiment with new design approaches to deliver fresh and innovative designs.
  • Time and Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively to ensure timely completion of design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field Graphics,
  • Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills
  • Typography skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience in creating visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, logos, and social media graphics
  • Knowledge of digital and print production processes

Accounts Executive

Overview: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and reporting. This role requires proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as knowledge of GST filing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Tally Prime and Zoho software. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment.
  • Outstanding Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments. Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any billing issues.
  • GST Filing: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) individually and accurately. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of returns.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices. Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Coordinating with CA, Customers, and Bank and Maintained the Handling Petty cash.

Administrative Duties:

  • Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and Zoho software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST regulations and experience with GST filing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
