Video Editor

Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor located in Pune Division. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content, applying video color grading to ensure a visually appealing output, and creating motion graphics and animations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to conceptualize video ideas, executing pre- and post-production tasks, and ensuring projects meet creative and technical standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and visually compelling videos, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and presentations.
  • Create captivating title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro,2D/3D animation, and Illustrator to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
  • Provide creative vision to the editing process, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed work
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics and video projects that meet project goals and timelines.
  • Implement feedback and revisions from stakeholders to ensure the final product meets the desired quality and visual standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve and refine motion graphics and video editing skills.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Video Editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and video editing projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of video compression, formats, and optimization for various platforms and channels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  • Should have basic graphic designing skills.
  • Adept at problem-solving and adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Experience in 3D animation, sound design, or color grading is a plus.
